5 U.K. In section 75 of the M2 London Government Act 1963 (compensation for injury to, or death of, officers) in subsection (4) (application of section to the bodies there specified) for “London Fire and Civil Defence Authority” there shall be substituted “ London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority ”.
