45 U.K.In section 6(2) of the M1 Local Government Act 1986 (meaning of “local authority” in Part II) in paragraph (a), after the entry “a joint authority established by Part IV of the M2 Local Government Act 1985,” there shall be inserted the entry—

“the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority,”.
