49 U.K. In section 60 of the M1 County Courts Act 1984 (right of audience for officer of local authority in proceedings brought by authority) in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority”, after “section 3 of the M2 Police Act 1996,” there shall be inserted “ the Metropolitan Police Authority, ”.
