Exceptions from requirement of third party insurance or security U.K.

Prospective

61 U.K. In section 144 of the M1 Road Traffic Act 1988 (exceptions from requirement of third party insurance or security) in subsection (2)(b) (exception for vehicles owned by police authority etc)—

(a) the words “or the Receiver for the Metropolitan Police District”, and

(b) the words “or employed by the Receiver”,

shall cease to have effect.
