The Social Security Administration Act 1992 has effect subject to the following amendments.

In section 107(5) and (11) (recovery of expenditure on income support), for “to the clerk” substitute “to the justices' chief executive for the court”.

In section 121(1)(b) (receipt of statement by clerk), for “clerk of” substitute “justices' chief executive for”.
