16 E+W+S In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (general provisions as to Class 1 contributions)—

(a) in paragraph (a), for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “ Inland Revenue ”, and

(b) in paragraph (d)—

(i) for “Secretary of State” there is substituted “ Inland Revenue ”, and

(ii) for “he is” there is substituted “ they are ”.
