3 U.K. In section 131(3) of the Finance Act 1976 (exemption for instruments issued by Inter-American Development Bank) for “the heading “Bearer Instrument” in Schedule 1 to the Stamp Act 1891” substitute “ Schedule 15 to the Finance Act 1999 (bearer instruments) ”.
