The Welsh Administration Ombudsman—
a
shall annually prepare and lay before the Assembly a general report on the performance of his functions, and
b
may from time to time prepare and lay before the Assembly such other reports with respect to his functions as he thinks fit.
2
The Assembly shall, and the Welsh Administration Ombudsman may, publish reports laid before the Assembly under this paragraph.
