Section 15 (the environment) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) (schemes relating to the environment), for “schemes” (in both places) substitute “ programmes ”.

(3)

In subsection (2) (payments for work contributing to purposes of such a scheme), for “scheme” substitute “ programme ”.
