In section 1 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946 (document by which a power conferred on a Minister of the Crown and expressed to be exercisable by statutory instrument is exercised to be known as a statutory instrument), after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

The references in subsection (1) to a Minister of the Crown shall be construed as including references to the National Assembly for Wales.”
