137E+WIn Schedule 4 to the 1997 Act (minor and consequential amendments), the following provisions are hereby repealed, namely—
(a)in paragraph 6, sub-paragraph (1)(b);
(b)paragraphs 9 and 11; and
(c)in paragraph 12, sub-paragraph (4).
