119SIn section 106(1)(bb) of the 1995 Act (appeals against automatic sentences), which is prospectively inserted by section 18(1) of the M1Crime and Punishment (Scotland) Act 1997, for the words “205B(3) or 209(1A)” there shall be substituted the words “ or 205B(3) ”.
