48 E+W In subsection (1)(a) of section 81 of the Supreme Court Act 1981 (bail), after the words “Criminal Justice Act 1987” there shall be inserted the words “ or who has been sent in custody to the Crown Court for trial under section 51 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 ”.
