109In subsection (1)(dd) of section 4 of the M1Probation Service Act 1993 (functions of probation committee), for the words “a secure training order (within the meaning of section 1 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994)” there shall be substituted the words “ a detention and training order (within the meaning of section 73 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998) ”.
110(1)In subsection (1) of section 17 of that Act (probation committee expenditure), for the words “(5) and (5A)” there shall be substituted the words “ and (5) ”.
(2)Subsection (5A) of that section shall cease to have effect.
