Schedule 3 (which makes provision about sentences passed outside Northern Ireland) shall have effect.

In section 3 of the M1Northern Ireland (Remission of Sentences) Act 1995 (suspension and revival of main provisions) at the end of subsection (2) add “ ; but the order shall apply in relation to him if his licence is revoked after the order comes into force. ”
