Offences
68 Causing disaffection.
(1)
Any person who—
(a)
causes, or does any act calculated to cause, disaffection among the members of the police force; or
(b)
induces, or does any act calculated to induce, any member of the police force to withhold his services,
shall be guilty of an offence.
(2)
A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable—
(a)
on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both;
(b)
on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to a fine, or to both.
