28 The F1Police Fund.

(1)

The F2Department of Justice may by regulations provide—

(a)

for the establishment, maintenance and operation of the F1Police Fund; and

(b)

for the payment into that fund of—

(i)

fines imposed on members of the police force in disciplinary proceedings; and

(ii)

such other moneys as may be specified in the regulations.

(2)

The F2Department of Justice shall consult both the F3Board and the Police Association before making any regulations under this section.
