160 In section 544 (approval etc. of school premises and boarding houses)—

(a) in subsection (1), omit the words from “(or,” to “authority)”; and

(b) in subsection (3)—

(i) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”, and

(ii) omit paragraph (b).
