144 E+W [F1 In section 527A (local education authority plans for children with behavioural difficulties), as inserted by section 9 of the M1 Education Act 1997, for subsection (7) substitute—

“(7) In this section “relevant school”, in relation to a local education authority, means a school maintained by the authority (whether situated in their area or not).”]
