6E+WIn Part III of Schedule 1 to the M1House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices) there shall continue to be the following entry— “ Any member of the Audit Commission for Local Authorities and the National Health Service in England and Wales in receipt of remuneration ”.
