The Patents Act 1977 (c. 37)

In section 132 of the Patents Act 1977 (application of Act), in subsection (4)—
a
for “section 22(5) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982” there shall be substituted “
section 10(8) of the Petroleum Act 1998
”
; and
b
for “section 23(2)” there shall be substituted “
section 11(2)
”
.
