Alteration of rates of benefit

A decision as to the amount of benefit to which a person is entitled, where it appears to the Secretary of State that the amount is determined by—

a

the rate of benefit provided for by law; or

b

an alteration of a kind referred to in—

i

section 159(1)(b) of the Administration Act (income support); F2...

section 159A(1)(b) of that Act (jobseeker’s allowance); F4...

section 159B(1)(b) of that Act (state pension credit)F3, or

iv

section 159C(1)(b) of that Act (employment and support allowance); F5or

v
