SCHEDULE 2 Cash ratio deposits

Orders

10 Before making an order under this Schedule, the Treasury shall consult—

(a) the Bank,

(b) such persons as appear to them to be representative of persons likely to be materially affected by the order, and

(c) such other persons as they think fit.
