Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997 (c. 53)

6 Short title, commencement and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997.

(2) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.

(3) This Act shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
