(a)section 105 (false representations);

(b)section 106 (dishonest representations); and

(c)any of the following paragraphs of Schedule 11—

(i)paragraph 1 (obtaining certificates of authorisation by false pretences);

(ii)paragraph 4 (assaulting a detainee custody officer); and

(iii)paragraph 5 (obstructing detainee custody officer).
