“supervised release order” has the same meaning as in section 209 of the 1995 Act (supervised release orders);

“the 1984 Act” means the M1Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984;

“the 1986 Act” means the M2Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986;

“the 1989 Act” means the M3Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989;

“the 1993 Act” means the M4Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993;

“the 1995 Act” means the M5Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995.
