[F14In subsection (4) of section 24 of the 1986 Act (the Building Societies Investor Protection Board ), after the definition of the “1995 Regulations” there shall be inserted the following definition—
““administrator”, in relation to a participating institution, means an administrator of the institution under Part II of the M1Insolvency Act 1986 or Part III of the M2Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989;”.]
