In section 5(2A)(a)(i) of the Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953, for “section 262 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 61 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.

In section 6(1) of that Act, for “section thirty-eight of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1947” substitute “ section 42 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
