Section 270(1) to (7) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997
”
; and
ii
for “section 265”, in both places where those words occur, substitute “
section 269
”
; and
b
in subsection (3), as substituted by subsection (4), for “Sections 267 to 270 of the said Act of 1972” substitute “
