40 Short title, commencement and extent. S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997.

(2) This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of 3 months beginning with the day on which it is passed.

(3) This Act extends to Scotland only.
