Arrangements for collective worship U.K.

40 U.K. In section 385 of this Act—

(a) subsection (4)(b) does not affect any arrangements for collective worship in the case of a grant-maintained school that was formerly a voluntary school which were made before the commencement of this Act for the purposes of section 6 of the M1 Education Reform Act 1988; and

(b) subsection (6) does not affect any arrangements made for the purposes of section 6(5) of that Act before the commencement of this Act.
