34U.K.Any assessment or statement of special educational needs which—
(a)was made pursuant to a notice or copy of a proposed statement served before 1st September 1994, and
(b)immediately before the commencement of this Act was treated, by virtue of paragraph 2(7) or 4(3) of Schedule 4 to the M1Education Act 1993 (Commencement No.5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1994, as if it had been made under section 167 or 168 of the M2Education Act 1993,
shall have effect as if made under section 323 or 324 of this Act (as the case may be).
