Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (c. 37) U.K.

10 U.K. In section 37(3) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (exceptions to restriction on persons under 16 taking part in public performances etc.) for “the Education Act 1944” there is substituted “ the Education Act 1996 ”.

11 U.K. In section 38 of that Act (restriction on licences for performances by children under 13)—

(a) in subsection (1) for “thirteen” there is substituted “ fourteen ”;

(b) subsection (2) is omitted; and

(c) in the sidenote, for “13” there is substituted “ 14 ”.
