Change of objects by certain charitiesE+W
10(1)This paragraph applies to a registered social landlord—
(a)which is a registered charity and is not [F1a company] , and
(b)whose registration under this Part of this Act has been recorded by the [F2Charity Commission] in accordance with section 3(3).
(2)No power contained in the provisions establishing the registered social landlord as a charity, or regulating its purposes or administration, to vary or add to its objects may be exercised without the consent of the [F2Charity Commission] .
Before giving [F3its] consent the [F2Charity Commission] shall consult the [F4Relevant Authority].
