17 E+W In the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979—

(a) in section 12(3), for the words “trust for sale” substitute “ trust of land ”, and

(b) in section 18(4), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) as trustees of land;”.
