9 U.K. In section 7(8) of the M1 National Health Service (Amendment) Act 1949 (arbitration in relation to hardship arising from the National Health Service Act 1946 or the Act), for “the Arbitration Acts 1889 to 1934” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ” and for “the said Acts” substitute “ Part I of that Act ”.
