The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (c.50) E+W+S

12 (1) The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In section 8(7), for “paragraph 6A of Schedule 9 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978" substitute “ section 14 of [F1 the Employment Tribunals Act 1996] ”.

(3) In section 9(2)(a), for “paragraph 1 of Schedule 3" substitute “ section 18 of [F1 the Employment Tribunals Act 1996] ”.
