18 Supply of goods and services. E+W

Subsections (1) to (3) of section 1 of the M1 Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (supply of goods and services by local authorities) shall apply to a police authority established under section 3 [F2 and to the Metropolitan Police Authority] as they apply to a local authority, except that in their application to a police authority the references in those subsections to a public body shall be read as references to any person.
