F1271HATemporary additional special measures
(1)
The Scottish Ministers may, by order subject to the affirmative procedure, specify additional measures which for the time being are to be treated as special measures listed in section 271H(1).

An order under subsection (1)
(3)
An order under subsection (1) must specify—
(a)
the area in which the additional measures may be used,
(b)
the period during which the additional measures may be used, and
(c)
the procedure to be followed when the additional measures are used.
