In paragraph 8 of Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (driver information systems: undertakers’ works)—
a
in the definition of “relevant undertaker”, for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “
public gas transporter
”
; and
b
in the definition of “undertaker’s works”, for the words “supplying gas as a public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “
conveying gas as a public gas transporter
”
