In subsection (1) of section 8A of the 1986 Act (modification or removal of the 25,000 therm limits), for the words “section 4(2)(d) or 8(5)(b) above or section 10(5) or 14(3) or (4)(b) below” there shall be substituted the words “ section 10(8) or (12) below, paragraph 4 of Schedule 2A to this Act or paragraph 4, 8 or 16 of Schedule 2B to this Act ”.

Subsections (3) and (4) of that section shall cease to have effect.
