61 U.K.In subsection (3) of section 431 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
