Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 46) S

31 S In subsection (1) of section 25A of the Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980 (rights of audience) for the words from “section 250” to “1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 103(8) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (right of solicitor to appear before single judge) ”.
