In sections 31 and 32 of this Act—
“items subject to legal privilege” means—
communications between a professional legal adviser and his client; or
communications made in connection with or in contemplation of legal proceedings and for the purposes of these proceedings,
being communications which would in legal proceedings be protected from disclosure by virtue of any rule of law relating to the confidentiality of communications; and
“premises” includes any place and, in particular, includes—
any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or hovercraft;
any offshore installation within the meaning of section 1 of the [1971 c. 61.] Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971; and
any tent or movable structure.
