[F1Section 140 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 16) (presumption as to liquid contents of containers)] shall apply for the purposes of any trial in connection with an alleged contravention of any provision of this Part of this Act as it applies for the purposes of any trial in connection with an alleged contravention of any provision of that Act.
