28Removal of power to arrange for emigration of children
Section 23 of the [1968 c. 49.] Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 (which provides a power for local authorities and voluntary associations, with the consent of the Secretary of State, to make arrangements for the emigration of children in their care) shall cease to have effect.
