In section 14A(2) of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 (modifications of that Act in relation to personal pensions), in the definition of “personal pension scheme”, for the words from “by” to the end there is substituted “
in accordance with section 7 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993;

The amendment by this Act of an enactment which extends to Northern Ireland extends also to Northern Ireland see s.178(1)(2)(3).
