In section 93 of the [1985 c. 67.] Transport Act 1985 (travel concessions), for subsection (7)(a) there is substituted—
a
persons who have attained pensionable age (within the meaning given by the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995)
