SCHEDULE 9 E+W Miscellaneous statutory functions of National Park authorities

Local Charities E+W

15 E+W [F1 Sections 294 to 297 of the Charities Act 2011] (local charities) shall have effect as if the references to a council for any area included references to a National Park authority and as if the relevant Park were the authority’s area.
