Regional and local fisheries advisory committees

If and so long as the Agency requires, on and after the transfer date any advisory committee established and maintained before the transfer date by the National Rivers Authority under section 8(1) of the Water Resources Act 1991 shall be treated as if—
a
it had been established by the Agency,
b
the area by reference to which that committee was established had been determined by the Agency, and
c
in the case of a regional advisory committee, the chairman of that committee had been appointed,
in accordance with section 13 of this Act.
